Cottage Rental Rates

There are three rental plans available:

$545.00 per-week
$100.00 per-night for days 3 to 4 (Minimum of 3 days. We normally rent by the week during June, July and August)

We require a separate $200.00 security deposit check which is returned within 2 weeks if cottage is left in same condition as found. A $225.00 down payment towards the $545.00 rent is required to hold the reservation. Balance of $300.00 and the security deposit is to be paid two weeks before check-in.

The cottage is located at 89 Walnut Street. ( See index page for directions). It is beige with red shutters, and a large 190x120 foot yard. It has a for rent sign mounted on a tree. Two individual driveways provide parking for cars and boat.

We pride ourselves in providing a clean, neat, livable facility, and expect that you will treat our cottage as your own and leave it in the same condition as you found it.
SMOKING POLICY: To protect the health of all our guests we ask that you refrain from smoking inside the cottage. Thank you for your consideration.
Pets: (1) one pet is allowed, provided it is kept off the furniture, quite, under control, and on a leash, when outside.

Cancellation Policy: Cancel before 90 days, Full refund. 60 days 50% refund, 30 days 25% refund.
